The Project Manager will join the Information Systems team in a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of technology programs — including significant enterprise initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Applications and Portfolio Management, this individual will take a leading role in maintaining our portfolio of projects, including project timelines, tracking deliverables, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget. They will also be responsible for managing some current projects underway. This requires an individual who has a background in maintaining a portfolio of projects, with demonstrated proficiency in Asana, as well as experience implementing and upgrading Salesforce. Project Portfolio Management & Delivery
This role maintains a portfolio of active technology projects spanning enterprise implementations, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives. The Project Manager will serve as the operational backbone of the portfolio — owning the Asana project management environment, maintaining visibility across all workstreams, and directly managing a select group of current projects.

- Manage the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project milestones, tasks, and deliverables across active initiatives
- Lead select projects supporting our current environment while also engaged in future platform initiatives
- Maintain and update project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), and status reports on a weekly basis
- Monitor project timelines and proactively flag risks, delays, or blockers to the Senior Manager, Business Applications and Portfolio Management
- Support the coordination of sprint ceremonies in an Agile environment, including daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion
- Prepare and distribute weekly project status reports, meeting notes, and executive summaries
- Maintain organized project documentation in SharePoint and other collaboration platforms
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) logistics, tester scheduling, and defect tracking
- Coordinate the build of test cases and support the build of automated regression testing
- Help manage go-live readiness checklists, mock cutover plans, and hypercare support coordination
- Create and maintain project artifacts, including process flows, decision logs, training schedules, and test case libraries
- Support the development of change management communications and training materials
- Compile and analyze project metrics to support reporting to leadership and steering committees
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in project management, with enterprise-wide software implementations
- Experience with Salesforce implementations strongly preferred; general CRM platform familiarity required
- Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and technology implementation processes
- Proficiency in Asana for portfolio and project tracking; familiarity with other project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing summaries and status updates for varied audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies; CAPM, PMP, or Scrum certification in progress or completed
- Prior Business Analyst experience, including technical requirement documentation
- Experience leveraging AI tools to empower process efficiencies
- Prior experience in a legal, healthcare, public sector, or nonprofit environment
