PURPOSE The Junior Project Manager will play a key supporting role in the planning, coordination, and execution of technology programs — including significant enterprise initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this individual will assist in managing our portfolio of projects, including project timelines, tracking deliverables, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Project Coordination & Delivery
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project milestones, tasks, and deliverables across active initiatives
Lead select projects supporting our current environment while also engaged in future platform initiatives.
Maintain and update project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), and status reports on a weekly basis
Monitor project timelines and proactively flag risks, delays, or blockers to the Senior Project Manager
Support the coordination of sprint ceremonies in an Agile environment, including daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion
Stakeholder Communication
Prepare and distribute weekly project status reports, meeting notes, and executive summaries
Coordinate and schedule meetings, demos, and working sessions across internal teams and external vendors
Act as a communication bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners
Maintain organized project documentation in SharePoint and other collaboration platforms
Vendor & Implementation Support
Support the management of vendor deliverables, timelines, and contractual milestones for key technology initiatives
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) logistics, tester scheduling, and defect tracking
Help manage go-live readiness checklists, mock cutover plans, and hypercare support coordination
Documentation & Reporting
Create and maintain project artifacts, including process flows, decision logs, training schedules, and meeting agendas
Support the development of change management communications and training materials
Compile and analyze project metrics to support reporting to leadership and steering committees
JOB REQUIREMENTS Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
2-3 years of progressive experience in project coordination and project management, with enterprise-wide software implementations
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing summaries and status updates for varied audiences
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
Proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through
Preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM platforms (experience in Salesforce implementations a plus)
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project
Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies; CAPM, PMP, or Scrum certification in progress or completed
Prior experience in a legal, healthcare, public sector, or nonprofit environment
Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and technology implementation processes
Must work on-site Monday–Thursday; Friday optional remote
