PURPOSE:
Barasch & McGarry seeks a Senior Data Analyst with proven expertise in Domo and Salesforce to join our Information Systems team. This role is pivotal in driving our data strategy, helping transform complex client data into actionable insights to enhance decision-making across the firm. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead business intelligence (BI) initiatives, ensure data quality and integrity, and optimize our use of Domo and Salesforce. This position demands a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and a passion for data-driven solutions.
Note: Proficiency in Domo and Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud is mandatory. Candidates without hands-on experience in both platforms will not be considered.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Director of Information Systems in defining and implementing data strategies that are aligned with firm goals.
- Work closely with the Information Systems Manager, Business Applications Manager, and Development Manager to ensure seamless alignment of systems, processes, and projects.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Domo and Salesforce, optimizing their use and integration with other tools.
- Analyze complex datasets and deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes, dashboards, and reports in Domo and Salesforce.
- Oversee integration of third-party data, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Champion data governance standards to maintain high-quality, reportable data.
- Train and support end-users on Domo and Salesforce tools to improve data utilization.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality data solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations through clear presentations and documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Domo, including administrator experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud, including configuration and data management.
- Ability to work in our Manhattan office Monday through Thursday with Friday as an optional remote day.
- Certifications: Domo Professional, Domo Data Specialist, MajorDomo, Salesforce Administrator.
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
Required:
- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable data solutions using Domo and Salesforce.
- Strong skills in technical documentation and data governance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in training and supporting end-users.
- Familiarity with Domo’s consumption-based pricing model.
- Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
